1. Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick (CMHA NB)

Description: A provincial non-profit organization offering a wide range of mental-health supports including peer support, workshops, support groups, advocacy, presentations and programs for youth, adults and seniors.

Highlights: Offers a “Community Peer Support Worker” program free of cost for persons age 16+. Bilingual services (English & French) across the province. wellnessnb.ca

2. Provincial Addiction & Mental Health Helpline

Description: A 24/7 toll-free helpline for addiction and mental-health concerns for NB residents. Good for immediate support and referral.

3. Just Us; We All Struggle Inc.

Description: A non‐profit providing free or low-cost in-person and online therapy in NB, for individuals (adults, youth, children 10+ in many cases) who might otherwise struggle to access therapy.

Highlights:  No insurance needed, no referral necessary, some free sessions, sliding scale.

4. Self-Guided & Online Supports (Government of NB)

Description: The NB government provides a number of self-help and online resources for mental wellness — for adults and youth — including links to programs like BounceBack, Strongest Families, and online toolkits.

5. Community Mental Health Centres (CMHCs) – NB Department of Health

Description: The provincial government operates a network of Community Mental Health Centres throughout NB (14 centres) where you can access services such as assessment, treatment, referral.

6. 211 (Service New Brunswick)

Description: A free, confidential information and referral service that connects New Brunswickers to community, social and government programs — including mental health referrals. Available 24/7, in 150+ languages.

8. Regional Health Networks (Addiction & Mental Health Services)

Description: The regional health authorities in NB — Horizon Health Network and Vitalité Health Network — provide mental-health and addiction services in their geographic zones.
